However, one day not so long ago - I woke up thinking...

How it all started...

"This life doesn’t feel like mine anymore.”

I found myself feeling completely drained, stuck, & unfulfilled. Despite being someone who had always been driven by purpose & passion, I felt like I’d lost my way.

I was going through the motions - juggling responsibilities, showing up for others, running on empty - but inside, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, & out of sync with myself.

The Signs Were All There:

  • Nagging stiffness, old injuries flaring up

  • Bloating, fatigue, brain fog

  • Random aches & headaches - I thought I'd left behind in my late 40s

  • A growing fear that time was slipping away, and with it my vitality

I couldn’t sleep, I felt older than my years, & for the first time I worried that it might be too late to feel good in my body again.

Choosing To Begin Again:

I knew something had to change, so I made the bold decision to put myself first - not out of selfishness, but out of necessity.

I gave myself permission to slow down, reflect, & reconnect with what truly matters. & from that moment, things began to shift...
